This beach is very clean because it has trash cans and is prohibited for dogs. This sandy beach is relatively large and very easy to access for children, the disabled and strollers thanks to its ramp. It is very comfortable with its showers, restaurants, lively atmosphere and it is also very safe thanks to its first aid station. Veillat beach has many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and in particular a car park (Parking Bonaparte located opposite the Casino) but you can also park in the car park of Beau-Rivage beach right next door. The beach is entirely public, although in summer there are three private beaches that provide bathers with mattresses and parasols and is very well protected thanks to its surrounding dikes. It forms a fantastic arc of a circle very appreciable to enjoy the spectacular view of the coast and it allows you to see the neighboring town of Fréjus. This wonderful beach is quite far from the shore which offers bathers a large space to enjoy the sun and all kinds of activities in summer (sunbathing, volleyball, snowshoes, etc.) as well as in winter (jogging, walking, etc.) as well as restaurants nearby. The Coty promenade along this beach is very pleasant during any season of the year due to its central position but also for all the little treasures that the city of Saint-Raphaël offers us such as the craftsmen's market. Access to this sandy beach is via four stairs from the promenade des bains and it is also accessible to disabled people in wheelchairs and also has a ramp allowing direct access to the sea.
